  • 50 Years young, Born January 16, 1953 at West Point Military Academy on the Hudson River in upstate New York.
  • Strong interest in Art, Nature and History while growing up as a child in Wisconsin.
  • Graduated from High School 1971 in Waukesha Wisconsin, Received a Bachelors of Science in Art from the University of Wisconsin Madison 1977, specialized in Art Metals and Woodworking. Studied under Fred Fenster, Elenor Moty and Chip Johnson.
  • Placed 5th in the National Silver Smithing competition, " Statements in Sterling 1977 " in New York City
  • Exhibitor of Hand crafted Jewelry at numerous Art Fairs throughout Southern Wisconsin and Illinois in late 70's and 1980's.
  • Late 90's started building Iron and non-ferrous found metal objects after bringing home " Junk " I would continuously find while river fishing for Salmon and Trout
  • Favorite tools: 120-year-old Haye Buddon Anvil, Hypertherm Plasma cutter, Miller MIG welder, Buffalo forge.
